All of our customers' systems are monitored by our Remote Maintenance and Testing Service known as RMATS. Our RMATS center is staffed by Definity® and Audix® engineers who are highly skilled in clearing both major and minor alarms on a timely basis. In fact, 90%+ alarms are cleared remotely by our RMATS Center without needing to dispatch a technician.You can choose to have this service or choose to self-report problems.

On-Site Maintenance Replacement Parts

All service agreements include an on-site maintenance replacement parts kit. It's like a "first aid kit" for your phone system! Although you may choose not to have this option, there is no additional charge for it.
