Atlantic Telecom was founded in 1987 and is a nationwide provider of telecommunication products, technical services and maintenance services for Avaya Definity users. We are independently owned and operated and have extensive experience with all major telecom systems.

Atlantic Telecom has a nationwide team of highly skilled technicians who are equipped to provide full coverage and abide by Atlantic Telecom's maintenance and service standards. Our 24/7 RMATS center continuously monitors your Definity systems for major and minor alarms and can monitor on a nationwide basis.

How quickly can Atlantic respond?

Atlantic Telecom far exceeds industry standard response times. We guarantee our customers quick, efficient response times - 4 hours for major alarms and next business day for minor alarms. Many alarms can be resolved remotely. Others that require hands-on repair can occur in the industry standard 4 hours for major alarms, next business day for minor alarms.

An onsite Emergency Maintenance Kit to improve responsiveness and ability to immediately resolve problems is available to all Atlantic Telecom clients.

Does Atlantic Telecom have a flexible contract to fit OUR needs?

Yes, and in language that addresses your organization's particular needs. We'll include special, customized clauses and provide you with an easy-to-understand contact with annual exit clauses. Straight forward and very simple.

Do fees increase annually?

Not at all! Your costs remain fixed for the entire contract. You can lock in larger savings with longer-term agreements and still have an annual exit option...no questions asked and no penalties or costs.

How does our company monitor your service on our system(s)?

You will receive, at no additional charge, a quarterly Service Value Report (SVR) that provides feedback on all service activity and service resolution data. It puts control where it should be ...in your hands.
