Atlantic's RMATS (Remote Maintenance and Testing System) Engineers
Our RMATS team consists of certified Avaya Definity and Audix Tier III engineers who have a thorough understanding of and extensive experience with your Avaya equipment. In addition to our unrivaled 24x7 system monitoring procedures, our RMATS Center employs state-of-the-art rapid troubleshooting protocols.
Every Atlantic Telecom customer also receives:
- FREE technical support.
- Off-site software backup in the event of data corruption or any natural disaster.
- A free site survey and system evaluation. After a complete site survey has been completed by our Field Technician (at our expense), our engineers will document, analyze and pre-set up your system for maintenance. This allows us to prevent or minimize downtime by taking proactive steps to prevent possible outages.
- Prompt dispatch of Field Technicians whenever needed.
Atlantic's Field Technicians
Our nationwide network of certified field technicians stand ready to perform your Definity maintenance, installation & remote service work. All Atlantic technicians have all undergone an extensive and rigorous qualification process to ensure that they meet Atlantic's standards so that we can meet your standards of excellence.
We will assign a Field Technician to your site(s) prior to the start of our maintenance coverage. You will know ahead of time who your assigned technician is, and that same technician will always be dispatched to your facility whenever it's required. Hence you will have a technician who is extremely familiar not only with your system but also with your unique procedures and requirements.
Your in-house Technicians
Unlike any other OEM, Atlantic is more than willing to work with your in-house technicians. This may
involve the resolution of a system issue or a consultation regarding any type of operational or programming
issue. You do not have this option with any other Avaya maintenance provider.

Plus, our technicians have immediate access to any replacement parts that may be needed to correct your
