Our Service Agreement...the cornerstone of our program
Our straightforward, easy-to-read and flexible agreement is the heart of our program. Choose contract terms ranging from 1 to 4 years (our 4-year program is our best value), and a payment structure that suits your budget requirements.
Atlantic will structure an agreement to accommodate your migration plans; whether it be to a different Avaya platform or to another manufacturer's platform. If you have equipment that is still under warranty we will add it to our coverage upon warranty expiration so that you have absolutely no exposure.
You decide which of your equipment is covered. Some Atlantic customers choose to have "switch only" coverage, while others opt to include their voicemail system and UPS, and in some cases their telephones.
We will design a customized easy-to-read invoice that accommodates your specific requirements, including consolidated invoices, coterminous billing and one expiration date.
